This Intellectual Property Policy describes how qosigui protects its intellectual property and how users may interact with content, software, and materials available through the qosigui platform accessible at qosigui.com. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.

1. Ownership of Platform Content

All content, features, functionality, and materials made available through the qosigui platform - including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, user interface designs, graphics, text, data compilations, analytical models, reports, documentation, and branding elements - are the exclusive property of qosigui or its licensors.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent protections. Nothing in these terms or on the platform transfers any ownership rights to users.

2. Trademarks and Brand Elements

The name qosigui, its logo, visual identity, and any associated product names, service names, or slogans are trademarks or service marks of qosigui. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with qosigui, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, disparagement, or misrepresentation.

All other trademarks, trade names, or logos appearing on the platform that are not owned by qosigui are the property of their respective owners, and no license or permission to use them is granted by this policy.

3. Software and Technology

3.1 Proprietary Software

The software underlying the qosigui platform, including its artificial intelligence components, data processing pipelines, financial analysis modules, and application interfaces, constitutes proprietary technology developed and maintained by qosigui. This software is licensed to users on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis solely for the purpose of accessing and using the services as intended.

3.2 Restrictions on Use

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities without prior written authorization from qosigui:

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any portion of the platform software or its underlying code
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from the platform
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the platform or its components
• Distributing, sublicensing, selling, renting, or otherwise transferring access to the platform or its software to third parties
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar mechanisms to extract data or content from the platform
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices embedded within the platform

4. AI-Generated Analysis and Output

The analytical outputs, market insights, signals, summaries, and reports generated by the qosigui AI financial analysis tool are produced using proprietary models and data processing methods owned by qosigui. These outputs are provided to users for personal or internal business use only, subject to the terms of their active subscription or service agreement.

Users may not republish, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit AI-generated outputs without explicit written consent from qosigui. Attribution to qosigui is required in all permitted cases of sharing or referencing platform-generated content.

5. User-Submitted Content

5.1 Ownership Retained by Users

Users retain ownership of any data, content, or materials they voluntarily submit to the platform, such as account information, uploaded documents, or custom configuration inputs. qosigui does not claim ownership over user-submitted content.

5.2 License Granted to qosigui

By submitting content to the platform, users grant qosigui a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the services. This license does not permit qosigui to sell or commercially exploit user content independently of service delivery.

5.3 User Representations

Users represent and warrant that any content they submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, is not subject to confidentiality obligations that would prohibit its submission, and that they have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such content to qosigui.

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The qosigui platform may incorporate third-party software libraries, data feeds, or licensed content. Such third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used in compliance with applicable licenses. qosigui makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property incorporated into the platform.

Users must not use the platform in any manner that would cause qosigui to violate its obligations under third-party licenses.

7. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

qosigui respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. If you believe that content available on or through the qosigui platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to our support team containing the following information:

• A description of the intellectual property right you claim has been infringed
• A description of the content or material you believe is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on the platform
• Your contact information, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

qosigui will review all properly submitted notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content pending investigation.

8. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the contact details listed above. Your counter-notification should include a description of the removed content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.

9. Enforcement

qosigui actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use of qosigui's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access to the platform, legal action seeking injunctive relief or damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

qosigui reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to cooperate with law enforcement or rights holders in the enforcement of intellectual property protections.

10. Changes to This Policy

qosigui may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When material changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
